The Estate, Trust & Tax Department at Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio counsels both individual and business clients on a wide range of issues.

The team, headed by Partner Brendan J. King, works closely with clients to establish long-term and lasting relationships.  When working with individuals, they seek to understand personal and family matters and then create effective estate and asset protection plans that carry out the client’s specific wishes and also address tax liabilities, liquidity issues and protection and preservation of assets. They counsel business clients on the complicated array of federal, state and local tax implications with respect to the establishment of various entities, keeping in mind their business goals and interweaving estate planning and asset protection concerns. Additionally, Brendan and his team help clients plan for and handle the consequences that are associated with disability and elder law challenges.
