The already outstanding Litigation
Department at FA&E took a significant step forward when Thomas J. Scannell
joined the firm in 2003 as a partner and as department chair. Tom’s
17 years of experience practicing law, most recently as a partner in the Litigation
Department at another major New England Law firm, positions him to lead FA&E’s
growing litigation practice.
Under Tom’s leadership the litigation group specializes in civil litigation before state and federal courts in Massachusetts. They also assist clients with alternative means of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. Tom, a highly sought after professional with a reputation as a diligent and staunch advocate for his clients, has a great deal of experience in the litigation area and is a strong addition to this otherwise eminent law firm.
