Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio (FAE) Partner, John N. Altomare has been named Director at Bay State Savings Bank. Bay State Savings Bank is a savings bank headquartered in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts. John has been a Corporator at the Bank for the past fifteen years. Bank State Savings Bank first opened for business on Main Street in Worcester in 1895.
FA&E has long been a Worcester institution as well, having been established in Worcester in 1917. Mr. Altomare has been an attorney at FAE since his graduation from Suffolk University Law School in 1985 and has been the firm’s managing partner since 1998. He has extensive experience in finance, representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions and representing lenders with respect to workouts and non-performing loans. He also advises clients on all aspects of business operations including business and corporate planning, business formation, contracts, succession planning, shareholder agreements and employee non-compete agreements.
