Fusaro, Altomare & Ermilio (FAE) Partner, John N. Altomare will serve as the Chairman of the Board for Seven Hills Foundation for the coming year. John most recently served as Vice-chairman of the Board for the non-profit.
Seven Hills is one of the largest and most comprehensive health and human service agencies in the Northeast. Its mission is “to promote and encourage the empowerment of people with significant challenges so that each may pursue their highest possible degree of personal well-being and independence.” Seven Hills provides programming at 170 locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, employing more than 3,700 professionals. The Foundation offers support and services to over 28,000 children and adults with disabilities and life challenges. It also provides support and services to another 17,000 women and children in developing countries through its eleven affiliate organizations.
Mr. Altomare has been with FAE since his graduation from Suffolk University Law School in 1985. He has been the firm’s managing partner since 1998. Mr. Altomare advises clients on all aspects of business operations including business and corporate planning, business formation, contracts, succession planning, shareholder agreements and employee non-compete agreements. He has extensive experience in finance, representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions and representing lenders with respect to workouts and non-performing loans.
Mr. Altomare is a graduate of St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury, MA and St. Michaels College in Colchester, VT. He earned his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1985. He serves on a number of community and non-profit boards. In addition to his work with Seven Hills Foundation, he serves as Treasurer and Director of Forward In Health Inc., Corporator for the YMCA, and Corporator for Bay State Savings Bank.
